We are looking for Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners to join our well established and accredited teams located at our Gateway, Goodyear, Maryvale, Tempe, and Glendale Clinics.

Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners (FNP) will provide high-quality medical care to a wide variety of patients in a comprehensive, quality oriented, and supportive manner for Mountain Park Health Center. Your role will encompass a broad range of primary care services, focusing on preventive care, health maintenance, the management of acute and chronic medical conditions and follow-up services to patients under your care.
