Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection ofseven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.Position SummaryOak View Group is searching for Restaurant Food Runners to join our team at an Exclusive Members Only Club Restaurant known as The RaRa Room by Major Food Group and Oak View Group in downtown Phoenix.This fine dining concept is hiring experienced hospitality professionals with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligibleBenefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until May 8, 2026.About the VenueThe RaRa Room is located inside the Mortgage Matchup Center in the heart of downtown Phoenix, home to the Phoenix Suns and Mercury professional basketball teams and a variety of special events and concerts tear round-making it the preeminent destination for sports and entertainment in the southwest.Responsibilities* Delivers food from kitchen and delivers to guests in an accurate and timely manner* Understands all menu offerings, food descriptions and ingredients and is able to verbalize to guests* Set tables appropriately to ensure guests have everything needed at each stage of service* Ensure expo and service station areas are organized and maintained* Maintains cleanliness of tables between courses and resets tables upon completion of meal* Assists front-of-house team with other duties as required or assignedQualifications* Minimum 2 years working in a high volume, upscale restaurant preferred* Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills* Ability to lift and move up to 50 poundsStrengthened by our Differences.
