Location: In person required: 3133 N Scottsdale Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85251
Shift: Open, Swing, Closing, Weekends, Holidays
Starting Base Salary: $16 - $21 per hour depending on experience
Expected Hours: 10 - 30 hours per week (based upon business needs)
Supervisory: Reports to BOH Team Lead, Shift Supervisor, Assist GM, and General Manager

Position Summary:
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to quality. This role includes setting up and stocking stations, following recipes and portion standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring all food is prepared safely and efficiently. Line Cooks work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth service, communicate effectively during high-volume periods, and uphold the restaurant's standards for speed, flavor, and presentation. Success in this position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused and calm in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
