Èlephante Scottsdale is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AM Pizza Prep cook to supportour pizza program and help set the kitchen up for a successful service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys precision, consistency, and working with high-quality ingredients in an elevated kitchen.

About the Role

As AM Pizza Prep, you'll be responsible for preparing dough, sauces, toppings, and components that power our pizza service. Your work ensures smooth execution and consistency during peak service hours.

What You'll Do

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to standards
• Portion, label, and store ingredients properly
• Assist with stretching dough and organizing pizza mise en place
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep area
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate prep needs with chefs and kitchen leadership

What We're Looking For

• Previous kitchen or pizza prep experience preferred
• Attention to detail and consistency
