IDEALFORCE have a Contract position available immediately for a Product Outreach And Support Specialist to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Outreach team member will assist in the comprehensive rollout and support of all products. Team member will promote and support the vision of Our Client and its products through communication, both written and verbal. Must be willing to go the extra mile on all endeavors, especially where Local Education Agencies (LEA) are concerned and must adopt and maintain a high level of accountability to this audience. This person should: have experience working in the Arizona K-12 educational system, have a working knowledge of IT procedures (product rollout knowledge and/or experience is a plus), possess an expectation of excellence in self for all outreach and follow up endeavors, be able to understand, explain and evangelize the product vision, be willing to quickly change direction and/or focus when needed.
The applicant must have at least 2 years in K 12 education system experience (teacher, administrator, IT staff, former SAIS coordinator, registrar, etc). The applicant should be knowledgeable in the use of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Excel, and have database experience. They should have proficiency at managing multiple, simultaneous tasks, excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and discretion. BS/BA degree or equivalent is desired.
