As an Overnight Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in keeping our time‑critical operations running smoothly. Our team is built on people who show up, work hard, and genuinely care. In this role, you'll operate a 26' box truck on a scheduled 2:00 a.m. line‑haul route using reliable equipment and modern in‑truck technology designed to keep you safe, efficient, and on schedule. Essential Responsibilities

• Operate a 26' box truck safely and professionally on designated overnight routes.
• Complete scheduled business-to-business deliveries throughout the Phoenix area.
• Utilize company-issued mobile communication technology for routing, updates, and documentation.
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure safety and vehicle reliability.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness on all assigned stops.
• Provide outstanding customer service during pickups and deliveries.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and DOT/insurance requirements.
• Communicate operational issues, delays, or equipment concerns promptly to management.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional vehicle at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ (insurance requirement)
• Experience driving commercial vehicles, including box trucks (required)
• Comfortable navigating electronic devices, phone apps, and email
• Ability to lift and/or push up to 50lbs.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and maintain a clean MVR
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during overnight hours
• Strong communication and customer‑service mindset
• Six months of delivery or commercial driving experience (preferred)
