Registered Nurse - Adult Corrections
Job Description:
Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at an adult jail in Arizona! This position plays a vital role in providing essential healthcare services to incarcerated youth,ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment within the facility.
Details:
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Schedule: 3 days, 12-hour shifts
- Sunday-Tuesday or Thursday-Saturday
- Employment Type: Contract
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing)
- At least 6 months of RN experience
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- Valid TB Test for the last year
- N95 Fit test using one of the following masks: #46867 (small) and #46767 (regular)
- Ability to pass a strict background check and fingerprint clearance
- Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Monitor the health status of patients and respond promptly to medical needs or emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and facility staff on care plans
- Administer wound care, manage chronic conditions, and perform necessary clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records per facility guidelines
- Foster a compassionate and structured environment for adults in custody
