Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.; Control access to the location by greeting and screening visitors, validating identification, issuing temporary badges, and directing guests to the appropriate contact.; Monitor lobby activity and front entry points, report unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized access through a consistent, professional presence.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or responding personnel.; Complete required logs and reports such as visitor records, incident reports, and shift activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site guidelines.
