About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, from HR administration to employee relations, and will play a key part in designing and delivering people initiatives. This role requires a strong communicator and a culture carrier with a passion for driving engagement. The Head of People will also be involved in coaching managers and employees, promoting strong employee relations, and ensuring the company is in compliance with evolving labor laws.
Applicants for the Head of People position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of progressive leadership experience in HR, with a focus on people management. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in developing and implementing scalable HR solutions, as well as superior project and change management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at building consensus, have high ethical standards, and take a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Certification in SHRM or PHR is preferred, and experience in a remote, globally distributed work environment is beneficial. The Head of People will also be expected to partner with the CFO in implementing strategies that support the organization's growth and adaptability.
