US Foods, Inc. - - Responsibilities: Coordinate driver activities and shuttle assignments to resolve service issues and minimize overtime, downtime, and hours of service violations.; Complete attendance trackers and verify that drivers are using Omnitracs properly.; Escalate issues (late dispatch, breakdown, other service failures) to managers and sales force.; Reassign routes as needed to solve service issues, and ensure that drivers are logging in and utilizing Proof of Delivery scanner.; Coordinate trailer, tractor, and backhaul assignments to support efficient logistics operations.
