Mattress Assemblers! 1st & 2nd shifts available!
Monday-Friday with flexibility to mandatory overtime on Saturdays

Wages start at $19.00/hr

Looking for a hands-on role where you can see the results of your work every day? Join our team as a Mattress Assembler and help create quality products people count on for a great night's sleep.

In this role, you'll be hands-on assembling mattresses by following clear, well-defined work instructions and using a variety of pneumatic tools such as hog-ring guns, staple guns, and hot glue guns. You'll help build Hot Melt Bond (HMB) units, assemble foam-encased and pocketed coil mattresses, and apply the required upholstery layers to bring each mattress together from start to finish. Along the way, you'll prepare and organize materials at your workstation to keep production running smoothly and efficiently, playing an important role in delivering a quality product every day.
