BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - 7151 West Ray Road - Responsibilities: Wash, clean, and store dishes, pots, pans, cooking equipment, utensils, and containers.; Keep the dish room, station, and equipment clean and organized.; Set up the dish machine and inspect and test sanitizer for proper temperature or chemical mix.
