The Salvation Army (Western) - - Responsibilities: Maintaining the Health Department standards for food preparation, storage of food supplies, use of equipment, and the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining room areas; Preparing the daily Home Delivered and Congregate meals assuring that they are ready to serve at the specified time; Packaging of Home Delivered meals and assuring that they meet Health Department standards for temperature, packaged to maintain proper temperature, and delivered within Area Agency's time requirements; Maintaining inventory control and purchasing all supplies needed to fulfill the Home Delivered Meals and congregate nutrition contracts; Second Cook will assume duties of Kitchen Manager in his/her absence
