Allied Universal - Up to $26.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.; Operate dispatch functions including monitoring alarms, access control notifications, and/or video surveillance systems, prioritizing calls for service, and coordinating appropriate responses.; Receive and route incoming calls, radio traffic, and/or electronic notifications, documenting incident details, actions taken, and follow-up using required reporting systems.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting on-site personnel and/or management with timely communication and coordination.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter as assigned, noting irregularities and reporting concerns per site procedures.
