The Salvation Army (Western) - - Responsibilities: Maintenance and Custodial Duties: Clean and detail restrooms, offices, workspaces, and hallways; maintain supply areas; keep areas tidy.; Preventive Maintenance: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists; maintain records of maintenance procedures.; Building Repairs: Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance; assist with fixture replacement and moving furniture.; Vendor Coordination: Maintain vendor files; supervise on-site vendors; obtain bids for approval; monitor service contracts.; Vehicle Maintenance/ Transportation Support: Schedule vehicle maintenance; assist with driving for programs and events.
