Security Officer - Night Rover Clearance Required

As a Security Officer - Night Rover Clearance Required in Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to calls for service, and communicate clearly with site contacts and visitors. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts and/or public emergency services as required by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production and office areas, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor processing, and directing individuals to approved locations in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate observations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to site leadership per established procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Have 2+ years of security experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
