What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to visitors and employees at a financial institution location by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or post orders.

+ Control access to the facility by screening entrants, issuing visitor credentials, managing sign-in logs, and directing guests to appropriate service areas.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate to site leadership and/or emergency services as required.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and/or ATM and night depository areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.

+ Complete reports and documentation such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and/or access control records, and communicate relevant updates to oncoming personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
