Center Office Assistant contributes to the growth and development of both children and teachers. They create an environment of collaboration and community, encouraging everyone to thrive.
Roles:
Helps with filing new students' paperwork, entering reports in the system, helping inside the classrooms when needed, helping around the facility constantly.
Manages team to ensure curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards;
Uses a growth mindset to train, coach and develop for the future assignments.
CUSTOMER FOCUS Leads tour with prospective families, highlighting key features and points of difference of our curriculum, teacher tenure/quality, etc. *
Regularly communicates with families regarding student progress
Executes “parent pleasers”
Execution of our Show and Tell
Regularly audits and maintains all records and files for students and teachers
Ensures the physical environment and health/safety standards are full compliance with The Learning Experience standards.
Conducts monthly emergency safety drills.
Qualifications:
Must have teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
Minimum 1 year of experience in being an office assistant in a child care setting.
Any Early Childhood Education or related credits or degree preferred.
Must be trainable for any task required around the school.
CPR and First Aide Certification preferred.
Must have Fingerprint Clearance card.
