Advanced Warehouse Operator

Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Advanced Warehouse Operator to be a part of our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will help ensure our operations run smoothly through precise inventory management, safe truck driving, and effective use of computer systems for tracking and coordination.

Work Arrangement:

• Fully On-Site: Monday - Friday (11 AM - 7:30 PM). Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse processes, including the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Safely operate large trucks (26 ft) amidst heavy traffic and urban settings.

• Conduct inventory control tasks, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.

• Leverage computer systems to manage records, process orders, and communicate effectively with team members.

• Load and unload trucks, handling products responsibly in accordance with safety protocols.

• Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet warehouse goals and deadlines.

• Perform regular inspections of warehouse equipment and trucks to ensure safety and functionality.

What We Seek:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential, with familiarity in warehouse operations.

• Proven capability to safely drive large trucks in heavy traffic; CDL license is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in basic software applications (e.g., inventory management tools, email, Excel, etc.).

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended durations.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr.

Compensation Range:

$19.50

The offered compensation may differ based on geographic location, experience, education, and skills. The pay ratio between base salary and target incentives (if applicable) will be finalized upon the offer.
