• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or guest relations roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
