POSITION SUMMARY

Join our team as a Part-Time Cleaning Associate and play an essential role in delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests. You'll be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are impeccably clean and that our hotel maintains a welcoming atmosphere.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate a solid commitment to providing exceptional experiences for all guests and team members.
• Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms following high company standards and procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas during your shifts.
• Restock supplies on carts and in cart rooms as directed by management to ensure efficient operation.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Notify the front desk of any lost guest property in check-out rooms.
• Assist with reasonable guest requests whenever possible to enhance their stay.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Complete required training and annual courses at Extended Stay University.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in cleaning communal hotel areas as designated by management, including the associate break room, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and other shared spaces.
• Help uphold the general cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team to ensure smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• No previous experience or training is required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Regularly required to remain stationary, navigate around the hotel, and interact with guests and other staff members.
• May need to access low areas, navigate heights, and maintain balance while cleaning.
• Occasionally push or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work in varying weather conditions based on the hotel's location.
• Tolerate moderate to loud noise levels in the work environment.
