Since 1954, Woodgrain is proud to be family owned and operated./ppSummary: The order puller/picker is responsible for accurately filling and scanning customer orders prior to shipment./ppEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned./pulliOperates a handheld scanner to pick material from dedicated locations in the warehouse./liliEfficiently picks customer orders for shipment ensuring that the order is complete, accurate, and free of damage./liliAppropriately lifts and stacks material on carts to ensure material may be properly banded/wrapped./liliPackages units when pulling is completed./liliPrints and places shipping labels on materials./liliAssists with physical inventories as required./liliMaintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area./liliComplies with company standard operating procedures, safety policies, and OSHA standards./liliAttends safety meetings as required./liliOther duties as assigned by supervisor./li/ulpSupervisory Responsibilities/ppThis job has no supervisory responsibilities./ppQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
