Vi at Grayhawk is located at 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.

Shift: Part-time, varying hours including weekends, 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM (second shift).

Responsibilities: As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our licensed resident care staff in delivering exceptional care to our residents. This position is critical for maintaining safety and quality of life.

Your duties will include:

• Providing personal care and psychosocial support to residents under the supervision of a team leader.
• Helping residents with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with light housekeeping to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Performing vital signs and weights as needed.
• Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities.
• Conducting other care-related tasks as required.
• Assisting with dining services/tray service as necessary.
• Identifying and reporting any safety concerns or deviations from best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous work with geriatric clients is preferred.
• Licensure / Certification: Current state certification and experience are required. Food handler's certification where applicable. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required; you must be willing to obtain First Aid certification if not already certified.

Pay Range: USD $18.94 - USD $22.72 per hour.
