Manufacturing Facility in Tempe AZ is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Assembler to operate production equipment, assemble components, and ensure all products meet quality and safety standards. You'll work with detailed instructions to build, test, and troubleshoot products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Temp to Hire opportunity with great benefits.

Schedule: Mon- Fri 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay: $19hr

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot products per specifications.
• Operate fiber-cutting, polishing, labeling, and testing equipment.
• Verify materials, maintain accurate production records, and report issues.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and in good working order.
• Support inventory control and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus).
• 5+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Basic computer and data entry skills (PDF, Excel).
• Experience with electronic test equipment is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
