Join our team as a Warehouse Order Selector, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our retail stores receive their orders accurately and safely. In this position, you will operate industrial equipment while embodying our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate industrial equipment.
• Execute tasks according to standard labor practices.
• Complete store order assignments using the preferred warehouse management system.
• Follow voice commands or read orders to ensure the correct selection of merchandise.
• Carefully arrange selected cases on pallets to minimize damage.
• Wrap completed orders and transport them to the shipping dock.
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety and attendance guidelines.
• Be capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and push/pull for at least 8 hours with urgency.
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in ambient or refrigerated environments for extended periods.

Desired Previous Job Experience

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
