In this entry-level, full-time role, you'll gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the remodeling process β from site prep to final walkthrough β all while supporting project managers and field crews to keep projects running smoothly.

Pick up materials and supplies from vendors and deliver to job sites
Visit active job sites to check progress, take photos, and upload updates and reports to our internal software
Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
Perform general construction and repair tasks as needed including: demo and site prep, minor plumbing and electrical work, touch-up and finish work (paint, drywall patching, minor trim)
Meet with trades and subcontractors to discuss scope of work
Assist project managers and supervisors with daily field needs
Must be at least 18 years old
Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Will start and end each day at the Peoria-based office.
Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical tasks in varying conditions
Dependable, self-managed, and punctual
Team-oriented with a positive, humble attitude
Comfortable using tools and following instructions

Previous experience in construction or general labor
Familiarity with tools and job site safety practices
Comfort with mobile apps or reporting software
Competitive hourly pay ($18β$20+/hour, based on experience)
Bi-weekly pay cycle
Full-time, consistent work schedule
On-the-job training and mentorship

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM β 4:00 PM
Occasional Saturday work
Overtime may be required based on project needs
Based in Peoria, AZ, with travel Valley-wide for material runs and job site visits
Will start and end each day at the Peoria, AZ based office.
