We are excited to offer multiple full-time shifts at our Distribution Centers, allowing you to choose flexible work hours that suit your lifestyle. PetSmart offers options for four 10-hour weekday shifts or three 12-hour weekend shifts. Shift times may include shift differentials.

Example Shifts:

• Morning Shift: Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3:30pm
• Evening/Night Shift: Monday - Thursday from 4pm - 2:30am
• Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday from 5am - 5:30pm

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Distribution Warehouse Associate, you will engage in an energetic work environment with opportunities to excel in various positions:

• Picker & Packer: Select products for specific stores and pack larger items onto pallets using an automated system.
• Stocker & Cherry Picker: Organize and place handpicked products into designated areas.
• Receiver & Unloader: Unload trailers, scan items into inventory, and sort pallets for stocking.
• Loader: Ensure accurate loading of trailers to maximize capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A passion for pets and people with a desire for career growth.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Willingness to operate powered industrial equipment, with training provided.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and noise levels.
