Join our vibrant culinary team! We are currently seeking skilled Line Cooks to bring their passion for cooking to our restaurant operations located at PHX Airport.

As a member of our kitchen staff, you will:

• Expertly follow recipes while practicing portion control for preparing, garnishing, and presenting dishes.
• Maintain a well-organized kitchen/station, setting up daily to meet high standards.
• Requisition and stock all necessary food, paper products, and condiments efficiently.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products correctly to ensure freshness.
• Be responsible for the setup, maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of kitchen equipment.
• Manage stock, cutting, and daily storage of perishables to uphold product quality.
• Complete required opening, ongoing, and closing checklists diligently.
• Ensure the quality and excellence of all items served.
• Perform general and specific cleaning tasks as assigned to maintain health standards.
• Take on other duties as assigned by supervisors to support kitchen operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of experience working as a line cook is required.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English is necessary for effective communication.
• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Brand Certification, as needed.
• Must be able to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
