Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to support a busy dealership on a short-term contract. This person will serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth communication between departments.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional and friendly demeanor

Duration and Compensation

  • Start date: February 9th
  • 2–3-month contract
  • $18/hr to $22/hr.
  • Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
  • Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
