Job Description Summary

The Clear to Launch (CTL) Process Lead plays a crucial role within the Fulfillment team in Materials Management. You will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and initially executing the Clear to Launch process across Technology & Operations (T&O). This position collaborates with Materials Management, Integrated Manufacturing, and Assembly, Test, & MRO organizations to ensure material readiness and achieve MRO build targets across all programs.

This position allows for remote work with travel to Evendale, OH expected once a month.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the Clear to Launch process that tracks targets and the flow of parts.
  • Foster collaboration across multiple functions in T&O to enhance communication and adherence to processes aimed at achieving MRO goals.
  • Work closely with the Fulfillment Executive Leader & ATMRO Delivery Leader and their teams to train and standardize the process for gathering and communicating CTL status.
  • Assist in problem-solving for immediate delivery challenges related to pacing parts across product lines that may affect the weekly, monthly, or quarterly CTL output targets.
  • Regularly communicate status updates and identify gaps to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Materials Management, Sourcing/Procurement, or Operations, plus 5 years of relevant experience.

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience in component manufacturing or assembly.
  • A proven ability to quickly analyze and resolve disruptions in material flow within supply chains.
  • Experience interacting with Senior Leaders, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and clearly convey complex situations.
  • APICS/CPIM Certification is preferred.
  • A humble approach, demonstrating respect and eagerness to learn.
  • Transparent communication style, sharing essential information and providing constructive feedback.
  • Strong focus on prioritization and commitment as a quick learner.
  • Leadership qualities, including strong communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
  • A knack for problem-solving, with an analytical mindset and a critical thinking approach to challenging existing processes.

The salary for this role ranges from $136,000 to $191,000 annually, with factors such as experience, education, and work location influencing the offered salary. Additionally, this role is eligible for a performance bonus or variable incentive plan.
