The Role
As a Security Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies for our key accounts. Your primary focus will be on identifying and cultivating sales opportunities within our Security services portfolio, including SASE, DDoS Mitigation, Threat Intelligence, and Professional Services. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and nurturing strong, ongoing relationships to maximize sales potential. Accurate forecasting and management of sales quotas will also be a critical aspect of your responsibility.
Main Responsibilities
Deliver intelligent strategies based on data-driven insights for task routing and proactive communications. Enhance service delivery through innovative AI solutions in collaboration with various departments such as NAO, Product, Sales, IT, and Finance.
Cultivate collaborative relationships across key departments within the company to align strategies and optimize customer engagement.
Develop comprehensive action plans to cross-sell and up-sell services, increasing total customer expenditure.
Continuously expand your knowledge of new technologies and sales strategies to enhance expertise across our product suite.
Craft thorough account plans and strategies aimed at acquiring new business from both new and existing clients.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Over 6 years of relevant experience in Security Sales or Information Technology.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in strategic and consultative sales techniques, with strong communication skills.
An MBA or related graduate degree is preferred.
A business or financial background is advantageous.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position varies based on location and individual qualifications, ranging from $119,900 to $175,854. We offer a robust benefits package designed to support your physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being.
