How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Engage customers by asking insightful questions, transforming routine transactions into opportunities for deeper relationships and cross-selling.
  • Proactively generate sales leads through networking, workplace banking outreach, and referrals to enhance client connections.
  • Meet daily performance targets while skillfully managing multiple priorities.
  • Execute essential banking processes like cash management and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
  • Complete other assigned duties as needed.

  • You communicate effectively, maintain a positive demeanor, and enjoy solving problems to achieve beneficial outcomes.
  • You pay attention to detail, whether it's managing documents or articulating product features and advantages.
  • You hold a HS Diploma or equivalent and have at least a year of experience in a retail setting with customer interactions leading to sales.
  • You have reliable transportation and can work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
  • You can secure NMLS registration within 90 days of hire.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $29,530.00 - $65,380.00. This range reflects UMB's standard for this position, but actual compensation may differ based on location, experience, and other relevant factors.
