Title: Order Processing Analyst

Pay Rate: $32/hr
Location: This position will be located at TEA Chandler/Phoenix, AZ Office
Shift:

• Hours are 8a-5p US Local, Monday - Friday. The employee may need to work an occasional weekend depending upon the business situation
• Employee must be available after hours to contact the TEL Factories in Japan during their normal working hours

• Primarily responsible for managing the entire NCDR (No Charge Delivery Request) process with focus on FCNs (Field Change Notices):
  • Release FCN parts in US stock for shipping
  • Ensuring NORM POs for FCN parts not in US stock are placed
  • Communicate order status and ETAs when necessary
• Ensure NCDRs parts requests are properly created in WO and/or are linked back to the appropriate WO.
• Manage CNs (Change Notices).
• Ensure NCDR requests properly flow through the approval process and follow up on any delays.
• Communicating back and forth to the service teams and Factory on any NCDR issues.
• Additional duties as assigned:
  • Tracking NCDRs where parts are being prepared by the Factory and not to ship from US stock, and ensuring a DROP PO is issued to the factory
  • Ensure OBS parts w/out WW stock are not getting entered on NCDR and the appropriate alternative parts ordered
  • Regional Face of the TSC - Trained on Client EPart processing at the local site level to assist the spares team when needed

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years Customer Service Experience
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English and Japanese
• Demonstrated working knowledge MS Office Applications with a proficiency in Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently on issues of diverse scope and complexity in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving
