Inspection Packager

This plastic manufacturing company located in Chandler is looking for Inspection Packagers to join their growing team. This company specializes in making containers for things like coffee, dried fruit, yogurt and more. No food is made here, just the packaging containers for food items. This company believes in teamwork, cross-training and provides work stability and benefits!

This is a full time, temporary to hire position that offers great benefits upon hire!

Job Duties:

1. Inspecting products coming off of a machine - checking for flaws or discrepancies
2. Packaging products into boxes and verifying counts
3. Labeling boxes correctly and stacking on pallets
4. Doing cleaning checks between station rotations

Requirements:

• Comfortable wearing PPE- Steel toe boots, Hair/beard net, safety glasses, facemask when required
• Comfortable standing on your feet for 12 hours in steel toee boots
• Able to work any day of the week and weekend days as scheduled work days rotate
• Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly during shift when needed
• Able to climb stairs when needed

Schedule: Rotating work day schedule

Sunday-Saturday

Working days are 3 days on one week, 4 days on the next week. Two weekends off a month in rotation.

Shift Times: 12 hour shifts

Night: 4:00pm - 4:00am

Paid Breaks!

Pay:

Night $17.00/hr

Location: Chandler, AZ- not public city bus accessible, must have vehicle due to shift times.
