Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Team Member! We are looking for motivated individuals to become part of our growing family. In this role, you will play a vital part in fulfilling customer orders by cutting wire, picking items, and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks in a climate-controlled environment.

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $20+/hr (based on experience) + full benefits

Location: 7333 South Hardy Drive, Tempe, AZ 85283

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate spooling machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Run daily test spools to maintain quality and accurate calibration of the footage counter.
• Set up and operate stripping machines as needed.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of orders.
• Utilize RF scanners and forklifts to pick and relocate inventory.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with machinery is a plus.
• Experience in shipping and receiving is advantageous.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
• Reliable transportation is essential, as public transit does not service the site.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
