Location - Phoenix, AZ 85043

Duration - 6+ Months (Temp to Hire)

Shift - 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Production Operator Duties:

• Maintain required production Time standards.

• Effectively and efficiently produce parts according to certification and quality guidelines.

• Maintain department housekeeping using 5-S principals.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required.
• Ensure compliance with Company Quality requirements.
• dhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with peers, leadership, and customers
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• The position will be responsible to support to any production area such as grit blast, grinding, belt sand, chisel, tact weld, braze, cleaning and other duties, as required.
• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Lean skills continually drive process improvements
• Team building skills
• Must be fluent in English, speaking, reading, writing
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must pass various tests including annual exams.
• Meet performance standards within the first six months
• Intermediate computer skills
