Document Prep Specialist $ 20.70/hr

Description:

Adecco is hiring immediately for Data Entry jobs at a local client in Tempe, AZ. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be performing basic data entry including Alpha Numeric, transferring data from documents to the computer, and other duties as assigned.

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm, $18.00/hour (**Overtime Schedule: 5:30am-4:00pm**)

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 8:45pm-5:15am, $20.70/hour (**Overtime Schedule: 6:45pm-5:15am**)

Requirements:

  • Alpha/Numeric data entry and typing skills with excellent accuracy

  • Candidates must pass two typing assessments: General typing (35-40 wpm) and alphanumeric (6,800-7,000 keystrokes per hour).

  • Fingerprints and background checks are required.

  • Basic PC skills and Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)

Must be able to provide 3 forms of ID (copies are acceptable if they are in good condition):

  • State ID/Driver's license

  • Proof of citizenship (birth certificate or non-expired passport; birth certificate must be in good condition.

  • Social Security Card

  • A Permanent Resident Card (green card) can be provided if candidate has been a green card holder for at least three years.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.70 per hour
