Mailroom Associate

Onsite Tempe, AZ

Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Pay: $18/hour please note this rate may be below your state's minimum wage. Consider this when applying. Some overtime may be required. On-the-job training is provided.

About the Role

As a Mailroom Associate, you will support daily operations within a high-volume mailroom environment. This role is responsible for sorting, organizing, scanning, and processing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as performing accurate data entry tasks. You will work in a fast-paced, production-driven setting where attention to detail, consistency, and reliability are essential. This position involves repetitive tasks and the use of high-speed production scanners. You'll follow established processing guidelines to ensure timely and high-quality output while supporting business-critical workflows for the client.

Requirements

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates who can work efficiently in a structured environment:

• 12 years of work experience; mailroom or document processing preferred
• Experience with sorting, scanning, indexing, and data entry
• Ability to work onsite and perform repetitive tasks consistently
• Basic PC and internet navigation skills
• Willingness to train on high-speed production scanners
• Strong reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 2030 lbs. as needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Key Duties

Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail

Scan, index, and prepare documents

Perform accurate data entry, including logging checks

Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity standards

Follow all processing and security guidelines

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,200- $39,000.
