Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? As a Customer Service Associate, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that each customer interaction is meaningful and positive. Your role will involve handling high-volume inbound calls, processing payments, and resolving customer inquiries with efficiency and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a large volume of inbound calls, efficiently addressing customer questions and resolving issues related to billing and service requests.
  • Process payments and credit card transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Generate and manage service orders, keeping customers updated on their requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Manage routine cash drawer responsibilities, ensuring balanced transactions daily.
  • Support team objectives by performing additional tasks as requested by leadership.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service role.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions.
  • Experience with cash handling is a plus.
  • Demonstrated empathy, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude to create outstanding customer experiences.
  • A valid state driver's license.

Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM PST, subject to change based on business needs.
