Customer Service Rep

Are you looking for a fresh new customer service opportunity in 2026? LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company near Tempe who is in search of a customer service rep to join their team. This role will start off as a longer contract, but has potential to become permanent for the right individual. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, however, some Saturdays may be required (once every 1-2 months). The hourly range is between $18/hr-$22/hr DOE. Bilingual Spanish is preferred and will pay at the higher range of the scale.

This role involves helping customers with product questions, order statuses, and billing inquiries via phone and email.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer phone calls and emails regarding products, orders, billing, and payments.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Must have HS diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience a MUST!
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office. CRM experience like SalesForce is preferred!
