The Mailroom Associate is responsible for performing all mailroom and ancillary functions such as processing inbound/outbound mail, parcel shipments; including domestically and worldwide. Incumbents will perform mailroom duties in a timely manner to meet SLAs consistently and will identify and taking the initiative to resolve problems common to the position. What youll do at Insight Shipping and Receiving - Processes all inbound and outbound overnight shipments throughout the campus. Receives, logs, and delivers, and tracks all incoming UPS, FedEx and courier packages daily. - Manages the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule of global campus to campus packets and remote teammate packets. - Manages and maintains online UPS shipping access and removal.
