Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler Operator
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift (Full-time)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Cleanroom Assembler Operator to join our production team in Tempe, AZ. This positionoperates within a cleanroom environment requiring a full bunny suit. You will be responsible for manually loading and unloading products, operating and maintaining machines, and conducting basic quality checks with precision. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role, ideal for individuals who thrive in repetitive, process-driven work with high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually load and unload parts and components using established procedures
• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment, including filling chemicals
• Use a low-powered microscope for limited inspection tasks
• Maintain cleanroom standards and proper handling procedures for delicate glass products
• Perform data entry and basic PC functions as part of production documentation
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Participate in team meetings and support continuous improvement efforts

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Close attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work
• Basic PC literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Willingness to work in a full cleanroom suit and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift arms to shoulder height repeatedly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or post-secondary certification with 0-2 years of related experience
• Experience handling small, delicate components such as microchips or glass parts
• Background in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly

• Dependable and self-motivated
• Patient, with the ability to make quick quality decisions
• Team-player mindset with a positive attitude

Work Environment:

• 1st shift, cleanroom environment
• Full cleanroom attire (bunny suit) required at all times
• Team size: Approximately 16 members
• Repetitive, manual work with a focus on precision and cleanliness
