Our Maintenance Assistant Will:

• Ensure community building, work areas, grounds, property, etc. are maintained at the highest standard.
• Work closely with vendors and team to maintain all aspects of the community.
• Meet with families and residents to ensure their home meets their needs.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and hazard-free community environment through the prevention of accidents, preservation of equipment and safe work practices.
• Transport residents throughout the community to local events, stores, and appointments.
• Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.
• Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.

• 1+ years of building maintenance experience.
• The ability to complete minor repairs and operate applicable tools and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A current CPR/BLS certification (recommended but not required).
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
