Ensure community building, work areas, grounds, property, etc. are maintained at the highest standard.
Work closely with vendors and team to maintain all aspects of the community.
Meet with families and residents to ensure their home meets their needs.
Maintain a safe, sanitary, and hazard-free community environment through the prevention of accidents, preservation of equipment and safe work practices.
Transport residents throughout the community to local events, stores, and appointments.
Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.
Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
Requirements
Our Maintenance Assistant Has:
1+ years of building maintenance experience.
The ability to complete minor repairs and operate applicable tools and equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A current CPR/BLS certification (recommended but not required).
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
