Join a company where your contributions help move the world forwardone shipment at a time./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliMonitor and control all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering or exiting the facility./liliGreet and check in drivers, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner./liliVerify Bills of Lading (BOL), purchase orders, delivery numbers, and trailer information./liliIssue and collect visitor badges, trailer seals, and dock assignments as needed./liliMaintain accurate logs for inbound/outbound shipments, trailer yard inventory, and driver check-ins./liliCommunicate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving departments regarding dock availability and driver staging./liliEnsure only authorized personnel gain access to the facility; report any suspicious activity immediately./liliFollow company policies and procedures related to security, safety, and compliance (e.g., CTPAT standards)./liliOperate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras or radios, as required./liliComplete shift reports and logbooks to document activities and occurrences during the shift./liliAssist with yard checks and trailer inventory audits when requested./li/ulpBenefits offered:/pulliMedical insurance including HSA, HRA and FSA accounts/liliSupplemental insurance including critical illness, hospital indemnity, accidental injury/liliDental Insurance/liliVision Insurance/liliBasic Life and Supplemental Life/liliShort Term and Long Term Disability/liliPaid Parental Leave/lili401(k)/liliPaid Time Off approximately 2 weeks (accrual begins on Day 1 of employment)/liliEmployer Paid Holidays- 10 days/li/ulpKenco strives to provide a supportive, professional environment for all employees.
