Job Title: General Warehouse Associate
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime: Required as needed

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Warehouse Associates to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This is a full-time, hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates will have previous warehouse experience, familiarity with RF scanners, and a strong work ethic with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
• Accurately follow work instructions and meet daily production goals and KPIs
• Lift, carry, and move products up to 50 pounds as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
• Work overtime hours when required to meet operational demands

Requirements:

• Previous general warehouse experience required
• RF scanner experience is a must
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
• English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
