Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products in a safe and efficient manner. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity standards, and ensuring timely fulfillment of internal and external customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to established procedures
• Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment as required
• Drive company vehicle to make local deliveries as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling, storage, and cycle counting
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns
• Support inventory counts, audits, and warehouse projects as needed
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic computer or handheld scanner experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment post-offer criminal background check required
• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, M-F
• May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on business needs
• Fast-paced warehouse environment

Pay Transparency

Base Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour (Weekly Pay)
