By upholding our commitment to excellence, youll play a vital role in making mealtime easier, safer, and more enjoyable for families everywhere./ppSchedule: 6:00pm-6:30am, working a 2-2-3 schedule/ppWork Location: 495 S 99th Ave, Tolleson, AZ/ppBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, STD/LTD/ADD/Life, HSA, FSA, EAP, Hospital indemnity, Accident Insurance, Identity and Fraud Protection Plan, Legal, and Critical Illness./ppSalary, based on experience and other qualifications: $21.70 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential/ph2Additional Perks:/h2p* $1,000 sign on bonus ($500 once 90 days completed, $500 once 12 months completed)/pp* Quarterly hour bonuses/pp* Free Pasta!!!/ph2Duties and Responsibilities:/h2pSafe Equipment Operation Maintenance:/pulliOperate basic packaging machinery (dep alletizers, palletizers, conveyors, forklifts)./liliComplete equipment changeovers and address operational issues quickly./liliUse technical skills in SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep Packaging flowing./liliPerform routine operation checks./li/ulpProduct Handling, Quality Control Inventory Management:/pulliInspect products for correct labeling, alignment, and packaging./liliPerform manual packing and palletizing./liliFollow FIFO inventory methods, manage materials, and record shipments in SAP./li/ulpFood Safety Sanitation Compliance:/pulliFollow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies./liliMaintain cleanliness and sanitation./li/ulpTeam Collaboration, Leadership Training:/pulliAssist team members, adapt to operational changes, and contribute to productivity, safety, and quality goals./li/ulpDocumentation, Communication Continuous Improvement:/pulliAccurately complete basic production paperwork and report issues to supervisors./liliRecord inventory transactions, shipments, and quality results in SAP./liliParticipate in 5S efforts./li/ulh2Knowledge, Training and Experience:/h2pEducation Experience:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED required./liliMinimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production./liliForklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held./lili18+ years of age./li/ulpTechnical Mechanical Skills:/pulliAbility to operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on production line equipment, including cartoners, baggers, case packers, sealers, depalletizers, and palletizers./liliFor higher levels, demonstrate expert troubleshooting of high-speed packaging equipment and strong understanding of theory of operation./liliPerform Winland Excellence CIL, centerlining, and line huddle activities to improve efficiency./liliMechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve equipment irregularities./liliProficiency in SAP, hand scanners, and basic math skills./liliAdvanced levels require proficiency in MII, WE systems, and interpreting line huddle measures to resolve issues./liliComputer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook./li/ulpSafety Compliance:/pulliKnowledge of GMPs, SQF, HACCP, FSMA, and other food safety regulations./liliCommitment to following all company safety policies and procedures./liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., push heavy loads, stand/walk up to 90% of shift, and climb as needed./liliMust have near and far visual acuity, some color perception, and full range of hand/arm movement./li/ulpTeamwork, Communication Leadership:/pulliCommunicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing./liliWork independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a team-first mindset./liliProvide training, guidance, and feedback to team members (progressively more responsibility at higher levels)./liliAdvanced levels lead projects, identify skill gaps, and support multiple initiatives with minimal supervision./li/ulpPersonal Attributes Work Ethic:/pulliPositive attitude, dependable, self-motivated, and willing to work overtime or weekends as needed./liliStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and flexibility to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment./liliDemonstrated accountability for work quality, attendance, and continuous improvement./li/ulpPhysical Demands:/pulliEmployees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
