POSITION SUMMARY

As a Housekeeping Attendant, your role goes beyond just creating a clean room. You will contribute to memorable and unique guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel. You will have the autonomy to ensure that everything is in order, whether it's delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms, or tidying public areas. Your efforts will help enhance the guest experience significantly.

Critical skills for success in this position include: ensuring a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting yourself in a professional manner. You will be active throughout your shift—standing, sitting, walking, and performing hands-on tasks that may involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Completing all responsibilities effectively is vital to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
