Position Overview: As an Office Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling Allstate's suite of insurance products. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. This role is sales-driven with a base salary plus commission, giving you the opportunity to earn based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and close leads through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
