Requirement/Must Have

• Good hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and understand.
• Close attention to detail and quality.
• J-Standard soldering experience.

Experience:

• Experience with electronic or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Experience with soldering and handling small components.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Follow methods and sequences of operations for wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Make setups and adjustments while holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Follow established processes and elevate issues to supervisors when required.
• Communicate with team members to obtain and provide information related to tasks.
• Support the achievement of operational targets within the job area.

Should Have:

• Microscope experience.
• Experience handling small products or microchips.
• Working knowledge of electrical or mechanical measuring equipment and quality control terminology.
• Related manufacturing or high-volume production experience.
• Soldering certification.

Qualification and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.
